The duplex has its own small walled front garden/terrace overlooking the attractive swimming pool and is ideal for breakfast in the sun, any time of year. Later in the day the sun moves round, leaving the terrace cool and shady.
The back garden is part tiled and has an abundance of tropical plants. It is fully enclosed, so secure for young children.
The open plan living room, furnished to a high standard, has doors to the front terrace. Leather sofa/corner unit, with additional sofa converting to a comfortable double bed for 5th/6th guests, extending dining table.
TV/DVD player, mini hi-fi system, selection of books, CDs, and DVDs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, ceramic hob, full size electric oven, etc. Fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
Cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
Utility area with washing machine, drying rack, and door to rear garden.
Upstairs are two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Cost of property is based on 2 guests. Additional guests are £40 (€58) per person per week.
The property is professionally maintained by an excellent English-speaking management company. It is thoroughly cleaned each week, and freshly laundered linen and towels provided.
A “Welcome Grocery Pack” awaits your arrival, provided by the owners who will also meet you at the airport and arrange transfers if required.
